This is the shrimp every freshwater keeper recognises and the most popular cherry in the hobby. Painted Fire Red is the top grade of red Neocaridina: deep tomato-red with no translucent patches, vivid under standard lighting, and hardy enough for beginners to succeed with — which is what makes people come back to build a colony.
