Every shipment leaves our facility alive, healthy, and packed for Canadian conditions: double-bagged with oxygen, thermally insulated, and seasonally heat- or cold-packed. We have shipped livestock through every season this country can throw at a courier.

The guarantee. If any animal arrives dead, report it within 12 hours of the first delivery attempt with clear photos of unopened bags. We credit your account for the full wholesale value of verified losses — no arguments, no minimum thresholds.

What we need from you. Someone available to receive and unbox the shipment on delivery day, photos taken before bags are opened, and losses reported through your dealer account.

Transit delays. Courier delays happen. Our packaging is rated for 72+ hours in transit, and the guarantee holds for delays up to 48 hours beyond the promised delivery date.
